I've been a VSCO fan ever since I stumbled on their VSCO 2 pack of Lightroom presets that emulate film to a T (or F). They've since built an app, another app (DSCO), bought a company (Artifact Uprising) and now a subscription service. Less then 24 hours into its launch, VSCO X had me walking around in the Chicago winter testing it out. It's full of every preset you could want plus a few new exclusive presets that emulate the film sets VSCO is known for. You also have a couple more editing options in each preset (below) that allow for richer images.
My only question is "when will the exclusive content come?" The film presets are as good as their Lightroom products but and it sounds like each month you get new presets and updates but there is a huge opportunity to provide exclusive content to a community thirsty for it.
Outside of that, its functionality is great and I would suggest checking it out for yourself. Hopefully it's a little warmer where you are though.
